In my work, I provide a safe and empathetic place that fosters insight, understanding, and self-compassion. I recognize that each client has their own individual needs and I come from a place of warmth and acceptance. I provide education about how trauma affects our minds, bodies, and the ways in which we view the world. I am trained in EMDR and strongly believe in its ability to help you find freedom from your past experiences.
