So many of us grow up adapting to hurt we never chose, learning to be strong and quiet, and taking care of everyone else. Those early experiences shape how we love, how we trust, and how safe we feel in our own lives. I work with individuals and couples who are ready to look at the places where old wounds still echo—especially the parts shaped by childhood trauma and sexual abuse. Together, we slow down enough to notice the patterns that keep repeating, the roles we were pushed into, and the ways you learned to survive when no one was really there for you. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II), currently enrolled in the Couple and Family training program at the International Psychotherapy Institute (IPI).
