My ideal client is help seeking. They should want to take an active role in their recovery. My clients may be seeking for support in dealing with their anxiety, depression, or panic disorders. I have supported people with other concerns as well. My clients want to recover, but may have lost hope along the way. Ideally my clients are willing to show up for themselves and do the work necessary to recover and heal.
