I specialize in EFT and trauma therapy for couples, families and individuals. I am a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT) and Supervisor. I also work with Janina Fisher's model of trauma treatment which is a blend of modalities including IFS and sensorimotor psychotherapy. I have been certified in EMDR and Brainspotting and use them for emotionally charged issues, stuck patterns and trauma.
