I specialize in providing individual and family therapy to adolescents and young adults who struggle with mental health and/or addiction issues. My therapy approach is strengths based and client focused, allowing you to feel empowered and ultimately feeling more in control of your emotions, behaviors and life decisions. I am trained in Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). In addition, I have years of experience in practicing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy with my clients. I have worked in inpatient, outpatient and partial hospitalization programs across CT.
