I work as a therapist and life coach for young adults. This season of life can be challenging, but is also foundational in setting yourself up for future success and happiness. I work with clients to understand how their past can contribute to current challenges, but also how they can move forward and use their experiences to find purpose. As a therapist, my Christian faith informs my therapeutic approach. However, I encourage anyone, regardless of where they are on their own faith journey, to come as they are. I lead with empathy, positive regard and see the beauty of every human whose path crosses mine.
