Nicole believes in a huministic, person centered approach where empathy, trust and meeting the person where they are at being the most important elements. Nicole also enjoys implementing a variety of trreatment methods to help clients accomplish their goals and work towards becoming the best versions of themselves. One's attitude and perspective are especially important, becuase if you can shift your attitude and/ or perspective you can change the way you think or act, which then can change the way you feel. Her main areas of focus include anxiety, depression, mood, ADHD, among other clinical concerns.
