As an experienced relational therapist, I help clinicians go deeper in their own work. You might be struggling with complex trauma, substance use, or anxiety. You may have discovered your cognitive awareness doesn't inherently resolve shame or fear. I offer a compassionate and attuned experience rooted in exploring your tender issues. My goal is to provide meaningful witnessing to reconcile challenging inner conflicts with care.
