Therapy is not only for those suffering from severe mental health issues; it's for everyone and anyone struggling with life's challenges. I hope to help clients struggling with common issues such as anxiety, depression, and self-esteem learn to identify how their lives are impacted. I work with both adults and children. I have a passion for helping women and mothers who need to find themselves and a balance in life. As well as, neurodiverse children and their parents who need support navigating the world. Sometimes just having someone to normalize and validate your feelings is relief enough. Sometimes it’s just a start.
