My job is to create a safe and supportive space where we can collaborate in identifying goals and needs specific to you and to help you navigate the path to happiness and bring about transformation and opportunity. I am a licensed therapist specializing in individual and couples therapy. I take an integrative, evidence-based approach, drawing from CBT, psychodynamic and trauma-informed frameworks. I support clients facing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions and creates a safe, collaborative space for growth.
