As a therapist, I believe we all long for connection. It is primal and in our DNA. However, in order to feel a connection, we need to feel a sense of safety first. I am passionate about working with individuals (16+) and couples who are experiencing a lack of connection, attachment/inner child wounds, life transitions, new parenthood struggles, infertility, pregnancy, grief/loss, relationship issues, issues with self-esteem/worth, ADHD, and anxiety or depression.
