Whether it’s the emotional equivalent of a light scratch or a deep cut, I’m here to help you understand your emotional injuries and support you in healing them. I work with individuals to identify and challenge barriers to wellness, build resilience, reconnect to self, and create a path towards a life well lived. My approach to counseling is person-centered, eclectic, and highly attuned to your unique needs and preferences.
