You can be both a masterpiece and a work in progress simultaneously. It has been my honor to work with couples, families and children of all ages for almost 20 years. I believe therapy is a place to grow not only when there is a crisis but when you are ready for a change. I love working to increase your connections with yourself and others around you. This alone can help the feelings of stress and anxiety that often fill our mind daily. My goal is to create a safe environment to help you you navigate some of life's hurdles. I have over 15 years experience with children/family &individual and couples. I have additional training in EMDR, Imago Therapy, Play Therapy, Sand Tray and DDP, Attachment and trauma work. But ultimately the therapeutic relationship is a gateway in helping you you attune to what you need and want to improve.
