I have over 10 years of experience helping adults with addiction and mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, anger, stress, self esteem and healthy relationships. I am a big believer that everyone should have access to therapy because we all need a safe, unbiased person to talk to. I strive to create an environment where people feel supported, empowered, and motivated to work on their goals.
