I love supporting and empowering clients to care for their whole selves as they reach their wellness goals. Through compassionate reflection on relationships with self, family, friends, and society, I work with clients to heal patterns of self-talk and behavior that can make us feel stuck and overwhelmed. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma. As a white-passing, mixed-race Korean American eldest daughter, a late-recognized neurodivergent woman, and TCK, I welcome the opportunity to work with clients facing challenges related to culture, intergenerational issues, authenticity, and identity.
