My approach is pretty simple: show up, listen closely, cut through the noise, and help clients figure out what’s next. I don’t believe in overcomplicating things or sugarcoating what needs to be said, especially when someone’s in a tough spot. I’ve spent most of my career working with children and adolescents, and over time, I’ve developed a strong connection with adults who are navigating life changes, identity development, relationships, and the many challenges of becoming more independent.
