I specialize in working with clients navigating trauma, relationship challenges, depression and anxiety, life transitions, religious stress, and identity exploration. I approach therapy from a trauma-informed perspective. I utilize a variety of interventions, including EMDR, attachment-focused therapies, and client-centered counseling.
