Hi! I am so glad you are looking into therapy for yourself or someone you know and love. I am a compassionate, trauma-informed marriage and family therapy intern, deeply committed to helping individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life. My therapy approach is collaborative; and I allow my clients to teach me about themselves, their needs, goals, and aspirations as I work with them to accomplish what they desire. I use my extensive experiences in high crisis situations, hospitals, and high level trauma informed care to create a safe and inclusive space for my clients no matter their therapeutic needs.
