I work with both couples and individuals who have been impacted by trauma. My passion lies in supporting clients and their loved ones who have been affected by addiction, depression, anxiety, depression and who struggle with intimate relationships. I enjoy weaving the cognitive and emotional modalities of western therapeutic practice with the somatic, energetic and spiritual healing wisdom of my extensive training in eastern traditions. My therapeutic approach is holistic and non-pathologizing. With over a decade of experience teaching yoga and Ayurveda, I bring an awareness of the mind/body connection into each session.
