As a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee, I offer a trauma informed, compassionate approach honoring each client’s unique story and personal path to healing. At my core, I’m a spiritual and naturally curious individual who enjoys exploring the complexity of the human experience. My ideal clients are families, couples, and individuals who hold everyone together, constantly apologize for needing space, terrified that if they stop over-functioning or people-pleasing, the relationships will fall apart, and who are finally ready to discover who they are together and apart.
