I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in working with anxiety of all kinds, mood disorders, perfectionism, rumination, spiritual concerns, and life transitions. I feel honored to help clients reclaim a sense of worthiness, self-compassion, and peace in their lives. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to identify their barriers to living a functional and enjoyable life, so that we can start working towards change together.
