I’m glad you’re here- it's been a rough few years (and maybe even more than that!). A million and one things can contribute to feeling stuck in our day to day, distant from the things and people that spark joy, or always on edge waiting for the other shoe to drop. I have over 9 years of experience working with motivated adults from all walks of life who are curious not just about HOW you feel, but WHY you feel that way. I've worked successfully with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, and grief, but consider my niche to be unpacking the impacts of trauma from family of origin.
