Hello! As a counselor, I offer a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts and challenges. I have immediate openings for in-person and telehealth sessions for adults and children. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we will build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting change. I support clients facing depression, anxiety, ASD1, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, mood disorders, low self-esteem, and substance use issues.
