Hello. I am a seasoned therapist with 30 years of experience working with a variety of individuals facing trying times. We all come upon hard times throughout our journey. I believe that having someone in your corner helping with regaining self care, self worth, balance among change and the courage to forge ahead is paramount when dealing with challenges in this thing called "life". I am easy going and sometimes I can be funny. I love my job and feel honored to be able to work alongside remarkable people each day. During our initial session, we will share basic information outline how your therapy process will proceed, including scheduling days and times that suit both parties. We will discuss the concerns that have brought you to therapy and explore some of the history of your unique journey.
