My experience is that therapy happens in many stages. Sometimes the change that’s taking place is happening below the surface and we’re building strength and resilience, but can’t always clearly see it. Other times we notice beautiful change occurring, in which relationships are blossoming and we are regaining access to the most delicate and colorful parts of ourselves. I work well with LGBTQ+ individuals, women, and adults looking for a supportive space to explore, heal, and grow. Many of my clients are processing the effects of sexual trauma, navigating big life transitions, or struggling in their relationships.
