Life is not black & white, the beauty is in the grey. I believe that everybody deserves support in their journey toward meaning and connection. The absence of support, meaning, purpose, or connection can lead to disorder and dysfunction. It is my privilege as a therapist to watch others explore and create a full life. My work focuses on the unique struggles of the individual, couple, or family. I use story, feedback, empathy, and education to help each client discover balance and their authentic self. My hope is that each person I get to work with learns the tools that work for them and can embrace the grey areas in life.
