In working through a relational lens, we are able to reduce symptoms connected with anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship distress. I view therapy as a creative, relational process. My practice is person-centered and emotionally-focused, often emphasizing boundary work and active listening techniques. I utilize techniques from The Gottman Method, Imago Relationship Therapy, Relational Life Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy. My practice is LGBTQ+ , poly/ENM and kink affirming.
