Is your child or teen feeling sad, worried, or distant? Maybe they seem quiet, stressed, or overwhelmed by things like school or social media. As a parent, it can be hard to know how to help. I understand what it feels like — both as a parent and from my own experience growing up. You don’t have to figure it out alone. I help kids, teens, and families work through challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and behavior changes. Together, we can create a safe space to talk, heal, and feel better.
