I believe that the therapeutic relationship be built on trust, empathy, compassion and acceptance without judgment in order to create a safe space for clients to not only authentically connect with themselves and others, but to embody vulnerability. I utilize a systemic approach to look into inter-generational patterns within families and work from an emotionally focused therapeutic approach.
