I believe that humor and trust are important elements of the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients in order to help them gain an understanding of how their past as well as their current thoughts and behaviors may be affecting their well-being. I strive to support clients around challenging the stigmas they may face and to develop confidence in living their authentic life. I have a special interest in working with young adults who are facing difficult life transitions, exploring their identity and sexuality, and identifying values they want to live by. I also enjoy working with sexual and reproductive health topics such as infertility, grief/loss, perinatal/postpartum mental health issues, and general parenthood stressors.
