Throughout life, we will encounter difficult times that bring about emotional and behavioral challenges. These challenges can impact us in many ways from relationship issues to self-esteem problems, to discomfort at work, school or in social settings. Therapy helps you identify your unique challenges, provides an opportunity to work through them and empowers you to build new skills to use in the future. I take an integrative approach that draws from trauma informed care, mindfulness, and cognitive and behavioral interventions. I engage in trauma assumed care and neurodiversity affirming care.
