The transformative power of psychotherapy is what drew me to this profession and keeps me in it. In my career I have had the privilege to walk alongside a myriad of different people in every stage of recovery from mental health challenges, substance use disorders, trauma and emotional pain. My approach is relational, practical and solution-focused. The clinical relationship is the foundation of any therapeutic process and once this is in place, I apply post-modern theory and evidenced based practice in order to meet each person at their level of need and desire for change.
