I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults who are facing emotional and behavioral challenges that impact their relationships, performance, and overall well-being. I especially enjoy working with clients who have trouble identifying, understanding, and tolerating uncomfortable emotions. Facing feelings and topics we have been avoiding can feel intimidating and overwhelming, my goal is to create a place that takes some of that intimidation away so you can feel comfortable being and understanding yourself in an environment that feels warm and relatable.
