Welcome! I see therapy as a collaborative space where you lead and bring me along in this exploration of the past that affects the present. I offer some regulation, coping, and trauma modalities and believe there is power in the ability to regulate one’s nervous system. Previously I have worked with addiction, trauma, relational problems and anxiety. I come from a wholistic perspective that sees the impact of nature, the body, family genogram, relational connections, and societal systems. And I’ve used Family Systems, Polyvagal, and will begin EMDR with adults from diverse backgrounds.
