I adjust to my clients, meeting them where they are, while pushing them forward and onto accomplishing their goals. I balance tenderness with truth and believe strongly that the therapeutic relationship is a key factor in success. I believe it’s my objective to work myself out of a job. I believe in teaching and empowering clients to be able to confront their patterns of behavior and tolerate distressing events in their lives to move closer to their goals.
