As a therapist, I take a warm, collaborative approach rooted in presence, authenticity, and deep connection. Drawing from Person-Centered and Gestalt therapy, I help clients tune into their thoughts, emotions, and patterns in the here and now—creating space for self-awareness, healing, and growth. I believe therapy is for everyone, and that all people have the capacity to grow, change, and heal. I work with children through older adults, with a special interest in supporting people through life transitions.
