If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by past experiences, you are not alone—and you don't have to navigate it on your own. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients of all ages—pre-teens to older adults—feel heard and supported. I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, ADHD, PTSD, cultural issues, divorce, and family challenges. I also offer faith-based support for those who desire a Christian perspective. My goal is to help you find joy, peace, and freedom through a strong therapeutic relationship and compassionate care.
