Like water under pressure, emotions always find a way out. They can manifest in a variety of life challenges and symptoms. I believe that everyone has the ability and power to heal themselves and I see myself like a flashlight you may sometimes need to pick up when you become overwhelmed by the darkness of your own struggles. I have a deep appreciation for and belief in the support and growth that comes from human connection. Counseling is a way to connect with someone to take a look at your struggles, values and goals and dive into them without judgement and with support.
