Hello, my name is Nicole. I will create a safe space for you to feel comfortable in sharing your concerns. If you are dealing with depression, anxiety, or possibly having difficulty adjusting to life stressors or changes, I am here to support and work with you as you navigate these issues. I utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to support clients in achieving mental well-being. For those who are solely interested in life coaching meetings and not psychotherapy, I do provide life coaching services to address (ex, career goals, etc.).
