I am deeply committed to supporting individuals as they heal from trauma, strengthen their sense of identity, and build resilience. I have a passion for working with adolescents and young adults to develop healthier relationships with food and their bodies. Most recently, I have enjoyed supporting adults of all ages who are seeking support processing trauma and reconnecting with their intuition. I also utilize play therapy with school-aged children, fostering emotional awareness and positive behavior change, while partnering with and supporting parents throughout the process.
