Things will be different after our work together! We will align your behaviors with your values in order to transform your relationships, whether with food, people, or other challenges. My approach is unencumbered by conventions of insurance approval, clinical setting, and therapy tropes. I offer a novel approach to therapy for ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, Sleep concerns, Phobias, Autism functioning concerns, marital/family conflict and weight management. We will meet remotely or in a location of your choice (home, office, etc). I do not accept insurance, and only you will determine the visit frequency.
