Nicole provides individual therapy with teens and adults who are ready to address trauma, anxiety, and adjustment to life's big changes. Starting therapy can be daunting. Healing and growing is one thing, but sharing your story, secrets, and goals with a stranger can be downright terrifying. Knowing this, Nicole leads with warmth, humor, and a nonjudgmental approach. The goal will be to explore the past to better understand the present. With that new understanding, you’ll learn and practice new tools and strategies in order to navigate life with purpose, intention, and fulfillment.
