My predominant focus is with couples and families, with a focus in neurodivergence, difficult life transitions, infidelity recovery, intimacy issues, blended family matters, family planning, and trauma. With individuals, I work with trauma, anxiety, ASD and ADHD, depression, LGBTQIA issues, and self esteem building. My main goal is to meet clients where they are in the moment. The focus of treatment is to create a safe space in which people can explore and understand their internal parts and systems, and disrupt old relational patterns that leave them feeling stuck and unsatisfied.
