My practice is centered around providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for each of my clients to openly share and process what is most important to them. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), perfectionism, anxiety, body image issues, low self esteem, relationship/family issues, depression, trauma, and shame. I am a certified eating disorder specialist. I am also a certified EMDR therapist and can utilize EMDR when appropriate to support healing from distressing life events and trauma. I have over 15 years of experience in the helping profession. Our work together will support you to develop a deeper understanding of your life, re-connect you with your inner strengths and values, find greater self acceptance, and empower you to develop new tools to live a happier, more fulfilling life.
