I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 6 years of experience in the therapeutic setting. I have worked for 11 years, providing crisis counseling to individuals and families impacted by crime and trauma. I believe therapeutic alignment and understanding are the most important things in counseling. I support individuals in learning new skills to cope, eliminating symptoms, and achieving behavioral change in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, self-harm, and body image issues.
