As a therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges and rediscover their worth. Therapy is a supportive space, much like visiting a doctor for physical health. I approach each person non-judgmentally, recognizing the complexities of human nature. My primary areas of specialty include trauma, ADHD, sex therapy, anxiety, depression, crisis, mood disorders, personality disorders, women's issues, first responders, professionals, peri/post-natal, and problematic sexual concerns/behaviors.
