I work with survivors of sexual abuse and assault, betrayal trauma, and those affected by anaphylactic food allergies. People who've experienced these traumas often begin feeling a sense of losing control over their lives. I want you to know that you can heal from trauma and I can help you with that process. I will work with you to figure out how to mange anxiety, fear, sleep and relationship problems or any other symptoms you're experiencing. We can then work together to decide which approach to trauma processing is best for you.
