It’s not unusual to feel anxious or overwhelmed with the idea of not being where you want in life. You may be considering returning to school, or if you should leave a relationship or job. Maybe you just feel out of place in life. Making changes is not easy and can be intimidating, but luckily you do not have to do it by yourself. I believe that people have the ability to make changes they want with the right support systems in place. I can work with you to help make positive changes by increasing your support systems, self-esteem, and communication skills to help you face life changes or addiction, family and relationship issues.
