I hope to be that supportive person for you in session where you can face all of life’s difficulties and have a place to celebrate the good moments too. I love being your trusted advisor, your partner in solutions, and holding space with you as you navigate life’s biggest questions. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an empirically supported treatment for children and adolescents who have experienced traumatic events.
