Knowing that sometimes life can be overwhelming- no one is immune to going through rough seasons in life. When the waters get a little rocky we all may need extra support. You can weather what ever storm you're facing whether it’s a big life transition, experiencing grief from the loss of a loved one, coping with a painful breakup or divorce, fighting low self-esteem, or dealing with relationship issues. Or, maybe you're feeling unhappy or unfulfilled and you’re struggling to figure out why. Whatever challenge you are facing, I'm here to support you. I practice from a holistic and psychoanalytic framework, while integrating a trauma-informed approach in my work with clients. I am passionate about serving the clients I work with, helping them to identify their strengths, guiding them to look within themselves, teaching them new tools to cope, and encouraging them to use their inner resources to grow
